About Me

I’m a PhD student at the Univ of New Mexico, with a focus in British and Irish Literary Studies. In particular, my work seeks to draw connections between urban and rural non-canonical laboring-class women writers in an effort to better understand the literary networks that existed between women and across national borders of the period.

I am the recent recipient of the Joseph C. Gallagher Research Fellowship for study in Ireland and Europe during the 2015-16 academic year. I will be working with archives at Trinity College of Dublin, National Library of Scotland, the British Library, the Bodleian Library at Oxford, and others. Expect posts about archival research and research leave in the future!

For more information regarding my teaching and researching background, check out my electronic CV and my teaching portfolio.
